16 year old pianist Ryota Yamazaki will be making his Hawaii debut in AIPF's 10th anniversary kick-off celebration. At just 15 years old, Ryota is the youngest pianist ever to win the grand prize in Japan's prestigious PTNA Competition and already launched an exciting career in Japan. At age 13, he won the gold medal in the renowned Gina Bachauer International Piano Competition Junior Category and has been attracting much attention in the classical music world.
