Watford Lions Club is delighted to be organising the Abbots Langley Carnival again this year and look forward to seeing you on 13th June, 2015. The main arena program this year includes two plays about ‘Richard the Lion Hearted' and 'The Legend of King Arthur' by the Spectacular Knights of the Crusades.
9:00am: Stalls may start setting up on the grounds
10:30am: Vehicles must leave stall area and park in the carnival car park
11:00am: Dog Show entries open at Dog Show arena Floats and bands assemble on School Mead
11:00am: Judging of floats at School Mead
12:00pm: Procession sets off from School Mead
12:00pm: Judging of Breed Classes in the Dog Show arena, Fun Fair opens, Stalls open from 12:00pm onward.
1:00pm: Clowns walk about
1:15pm to 4.30pm: Main arena programme including – Spectacular Knights of the Crusades, to dancing displays, a marching display by TS Broadside band & Majorettes.
1:30pm: Judging begins for the Novelty Classes in the Dog show arena.
2:20pm: Dog obedience display
3:15pm: Dog agility display
4:45pm: Carnival closes but the Fun Fair will continue throughout the evening
5:00pm: Cars may return to the Stalls area
6.30pm: Recreation grounds will be locked and all vehicles must be off the grounds by this time
