THIS IS A MEDIUM PACE RIDE (14-16 MPH) AND A FASTER PACE GROUP (18-21 MPH +) WITH 2 STARTING POINTS….

……The group will leave from Cream and Sugar (20-28 miles) at 7:00 a.m. SHARP please get there by 6:45 to be ready to leave at 7:00 And join others who choose the (16-23 miles) at Arlington Park around 7:10 (there is not always someone at Arlington, but we do stop there to pick up anyone wanting to start there) then make our way across Brookley to the bike path and Bay front rd. to McNalley park and out to DIP. Many riders go on to the top of Dog River bridge and an additional 7 mile loop along Dog river or turn around at McNalley park (Buccaneer Yacht club) and back track to Starting point.
MAKE SURE YOU BRING YOUR WATER BOTTLE OR TWO….. and we encourage you to wear your helmet and if you have lights we do ask you turn them on for visibility sake. Bring a spare tube, pump or CO2 inflator, patch kit, or at least a cell phone (to call for help) just in case.
If you are new to this ride speak up and let us know you are new to the ride, do not let the distance intimidate you, BUT if you are doing this ride for the first time and have any doubts it is recommended to start at Arlington Park to try it out. Take this 16 to 28 mile ride, we have fun and laughs….COME JOIN US!
This ride is a social, intermediate ride (not for beginners) for adults that can keep a steady pace. Beautiful waterfront views are on this route!
