You are invited to join the graduate students of the Creative Writing department at their culminating reading. Please come celebrate and support us as we present our work, both written and hand-made, as well as a book fashioned from our cumulative efforts.
Stories range from: heartbreak in the present day Medieval Times; coming-of-age in post-apocalyptic America; one boys fantastical journey to reconcile knowledge and time-travel; one catholic schoolgirl-come-activist; the startling trauma and beauty of childhood; the quiet asunder of addiction and the desert; two bros on opposites sides of the track; a mosaic of a school shooting; a murder of crows and a poignant natural disaster; one woman's life in four quarters, another woman's life in poetry; a stringing together of the history and the self.
