Join Us on Lake Wylie to raise money for Alzheimer's Disease Research!
The Lake Wylie Poker run is an event organized by the Rotary Club of Lake Wylie where participants, using boats (or other watercraft), must visit five checkpoints on Lake Wylie. At each checkpoint, they draw a playing card. The object is to have the best poker hand at the end of the run. While the event has a time limit, the participants are not timed. It is not a race.
The event requires a $15 fee to enter and for each additional hand. There is no limit to the number of hands an individual can buy. All of the net proceeds from the Lake Wylie Poker Run go to support The CART Fund, a 501(c)3 public charity whose purpose is to provide dollars for leading edge research for the cure and prevention of Alzheimer's disease.
Don't have a boat? No problem! Contact us on the Contact page on the website link below or call Chad Bordeaux at 704-968-8844. Ride-a-long or you can purchase your poker hands separately.
